A control room cannot dispatch to a postcode centroid. We license AddressBase, the MasterMap Highways Network, Points of Interest and topography for services that need a gazetteer, a routable network and a lawful map in the control room and the cab.

Some services take OS data through existing public-sector routes. Where you need a partner for hosted tiles, contractor CAD, or a use the standard estate does not cover, this is the page.
The gazetteer and the road network have to agree. AddressBase Plus covers non-postal locations — compounds, landmarks, open spaces — that a PAF-only file will miss. Highways Network is the graph for turnout and routing.
Shared maps fail when each agency brings a different basemap. A partner-licensed common operational picture — Highways, AddressBase, MasterMap — is the usual request when the existing GIS estate cannot be opened to every partner.

Some blue-light and resilience bodies already have an OS route. We will not sell a duplicate national file. Typical partner work is hosting, partner-agency access, or a use the existing estate cannot serve.
Contractor CAD, a hosted public map, or a commercial analytics use sitting next to the service still needs a partner licence. We will say which side of the line the project is on before you buy.

Callers name parks, industrial estates, compounds and landmarks. Plus includes non-postal UPRNs. Premium is for lifecycle history, which most dispatch gazetteers do not need.
It can feed it. Swapping a live CAD gazetteer is a programme, not a file drop. Most first deliveries sit alongside the current stack.
No. We license OS location data. Vehicle location and incident feeds stay in your CAD and radio estate.
Yes if they are named. Informal “we’ll send them the tiles” is how licences break during a major incident.
Yes, as a hosted public viewer with OS attribution. That is a different use from the control-room client and should be scoped as such.
If we already hold the national layers, a scoped viewer is days to weeks. A CAD gazetteer replacement is not.
