AddressBase Plus extends the base AddressBase product with non-postal addresses - UPRNs that aren't Royal Mail deliverable but matter operationally. Schools and universities have multiple buildings; a hospital has wards; a retail park has units before any of them are tenanted. Plus captures all of these.
It's the right addressing tier for asset management, council operations, education, healthcare estates, and any organisation where "an address" is more than just where the post goes.

What's the parent/child relationship?
A "parent" UPRN (e.g. a hospital site) has multiple "child" UPRNs (e.g. each ward). Plus exposes these relationships.
Are coordinates building-accurate?
Yes - Plus carries building-level coordinates rather than the postcode-centroid fallback used in some other products.
Can we get just a regional cut?
Yes - regional and bespoke cuts are available.
How does this pair with NGD Buildings?
UPRNs join cleanly to NGD Buildings via TOID/OSID linkage - combine for per-building analytics.
