AddressBase Premium is the enterprise addressing tier. It includes everything in AddressBase Plus, plus the full lifecycle of every UPRN: provisional (planned), alternative (multiple valid forms), and historic (decommissioned) records.
If you operate a system of record - billing, taxation, electoral, healthcare - and need to reason about addresses through time (an address that existed in 2015 but doesn't now), Premium is the only product that gives you the full picture.

A UPRN issued for a property under construction - already valid for systems but not yet occupied or PAF-published.
How does Premium pair with our CRM?

Can we get just our LA area?
Yes - many councils licence Premium for just their administrative area.
Is this overkill for prop-tech?
For most prop-tech, AddressBase Plus is sufficient. Premium is right when address lifecycle drives business logic.
